LEARNING FROM THE SNOW

I have observed something, that those who gather and pile snow in winter don’t scatter and spread it in summer. In summer, snow matures and leaves, and the heap disappears. We must reach the summer of our lives where we are matured enough to make decisions and follow them through, where we can take the risk and dam the fear for tomorrow, where we are not always in need of human guards. Snow first becomes mild and watery to run the next accessible path, avoiding the bumps of the runway to settle in the deeps; and before one realizes, it has ascended to the heavens though not without losing size due to the porous earth thirst. If we are not too rigid to remain on the heap of our lives, we will end up ascending as the snow and become the rain to many lives in the near future. Have a great Spring~! - Ubong Ambrose
